Piranhas first Peel session, Molesters second Peel session
punkdaddy writes: We've some more goodies for you this month, kicking off with the Piranhas first John Peel session. Four of their top tracks are featured: Jilly, Coloured Music, Saxophone and a rasping version of Cheap & Nasty, free to download of course. Plus an embedded video of their chart hit Tom Hark. More Piranhas to follow next month, with another Peel session and some new photos will be added to their gallery.
Following up last month's airing of the Molesters first session on Peel from 1978, feast your ears on their second session from January 1979. There are three more tracks recorded live in the studio to whet yer whistlles: What's the Time, Miss USA and Latex Darling. Sounds like some B52's in there somewhere. Excellent stuff.
Have embedded the Dodgems video of Lord Lucan Is Missing, which has garnered over 1000 hits on YouTube. Lawd knows who put it together, the quality of the images aint up to much, though most of them have been scagged from this site! Should have some interesting new stuff on the Dodgems coming soon. Watch this space. Follow the links in the section below and enjoy.
Thanks are in order to Simon Woolven who is a regular contributor to this site, his new additions are the Same's Wild About You single sleeve, the DP's debut album flyer and loads of other pics around the site. And there's more to come. Hey, Ed Shuffle from Chaos, if you're out there, please get in touch, I'd like to build a page on your band. And to everyone else, Up Yours!
